FROM BEHIND THE LENS

Come and take a look behind the scenes and into the galleries of some of my wonderful clients.

Regular, everyday people making precious memories for their family's.

To celebrate a special milestone birthday, Heather gathered all her family together and we brought to life her vision for a family portrait on the front veranda of her beautiful home.

When I went to see her for a consult prior to her session, Heather showed me the spot on her wall she was hoping to fill with a large canvas of all the family.

An overcast day actually helped us with beautiful soft light and with a lot of laughter and chaos, we were able to make her version into a realiy. For the shot that eventually went onto canvas I was able to photoshop out some of the inconveniently placed elements on her home (like the powerlines and the powerbox which is plonked right next to the front door).

We followed the photos at home up with a visit to Mair Park where Heather likes to take the grandkids. There we had a little adventure which included feeding the ducks and visiting "The Hugging Tree", followed by individual family portraits.

A beautiful family and an absolute pleasure to photograph.
